A1J Technologies’ team has a rich knowledge base in all of our capabilities, including machining, EDM, grinding, laser micro processing, cleaning, inspection, assembly, and other processes. As a result, our people are skilled in creating unique manufacturing strategies around our customers’ requirements. Instead of forcing a complex part through a single process because that is the only viable option, our engineers evaluate multiple approaches.
A part might require milling for one feature, EDM for another, grinding for a critical surface, and additional processes to achieve the desired end result. Because all those capabilities exist within our facilities, our team can coordinate and oversee the entire process rather than designing around the limitations of an outside supplier.
