Our process is ideal for components that require sharp internal corners, small radii, or complex profiles that traditional machining can’t achieve. Because Wire EDM is a non-contact process, it eliminates burrs and distortion while maintaining dimensional stability across multiple parts.
Beyond wire cutting, our EDM capabilities also include sinker EDM and hole popper drilling, enabling us to support a variety of applications from tooling and mold components to micro-scale precision features. We apply strict process control, in-process inspection, and advanced CAD/CAM programming to ensure consistency from prototype through production.
